Clearing Debris from a Pre-1920 Structure
When we got the call about a gut renovation on a rare pre-1920 commercial structure near the original townsite, I knew access would be tight. The alleyway behind the building was barely wide enough for a standard truck, and piles of lath and plaster were crumbling onto the sidewalk. If we didn't get a bin in there fast, the city was going to red-tag their job site before lunch.
I took our smaller hook-lift truck out personally to navigate that squeeze. We managed to slide a 20-yarder right between the power pole and their loading dock without scratching a single brick. The crew loaded it up with heavy plaster immediately. We swapped it out twice over the weekend so they never had to stop swinging hammers, keeping their project timeline exactly where it needed to be.
Mateo got that dumpster into a spot three other companies said was impossible to reach.
